Introducing Service Manager, Bill Cress
Mid-America Pump would like to announce our new Service Manager, Bill Cress. Bill has been in the pump industry for 14 years and has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Kansas University. Bill brings a wealth of knowledge about pumps and hydraulic systems and will offer a strong technical resource for our customers.
Bill's background as an application engineer gives him a unique ability to fully understand the customers pumping applications and offer ways to improve reliability and efficiency. Bill does not just know how to fix pumps, but also understand the systems, mechanical seals, hydraulics and electrical control systems associated with pumping equipment.
Bill is an avid Chiefs fan, enjoys Bar-B-Que cooking, and KU basketball.
